EASTER/SPRING OPENING TIMES
We will be despatching your orders as normal (same day before 3pm on weekdays) as we head towards the Easter Holidays. Diabetic Supply will be CLOSED on the following days, which means NO orders will be despatched and will therefore be processed and despatched the NEXT WORKING day.
Friday 18th April 2025 (Good Friday) Orders placed AFTER 3pm on Thursday 17th April 2025 onwards, will be processed and despatched FROM Tuesday 22nd April 2025.
Monday 21st April 2025 (Easter Monday) Orders placed AFTER 3pm on Thursday 17th April 2025 onwards, will be processed and despatched FROM Tuesday 22nd April 2025.
Monday 5th May 2025 (Early May Bank Holiday) Orders placed AFTER 3pm on Friday 2nd May 2025 onwards, will be processed and despatched FROM Tuesday 6th May 2025.
Monday 26th May 2025 (Spring Bank Holiday) Orders placed AFTER 3pm on Friday 23rd May 2025 onwards, will be processed and despatched FROM Tuesday 27th May 2025.
We share these bank holidays with both of our courier services, Royal Mail and DPD.

Packaging & dEspatching
We pack all of our products with enough protection to get them to you safe and sound. We aim for 0% damages in transit to make your experience as good as it can be and keep your orders arriving in their best condition.
Orders placed before 3pm will be processed and despatched same day stock dependant. We despatch Mon - Fri excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed and despatched the following Monday or working day (excl weekends). Our open hours are as follows, this means there are no processing and despatching of orders over weekends.
Orders: Monday to Friday 9am-3pm
Office: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
UK Deliveries
Our deliveries are made using the Royal Mail and outsourced delivery services providing a consistently fast and efficient service. We supply anywhere within the United Kingdom for the prices we advertise on our website and social media.
The service you select at checkout will be the chosen service which we will use.
For customers based within the UK: the prices for goods on the website include all applicable taxes.
EU Deliveries
We do supply overseas because we understand that everyone should have access to great products to help life with diabetes be a little brighter.

Please note there may be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those.
