Have used Frio wallets for over 10 years and was going to replace one that doesn’t draw in water properly anymore. Saw this insulated bag and as it was pretty and, I thought, would need no preparation, bought one to try.
There were no instructions with the bag. When I have used insulated bags before (for food) you put an ice pack in to keep it cool. How do you keep the inside of the insulin bag cool? I decided to put it in the fridge for a couple of hours to cool it.
The insulin pen fitted perfectly and the bag did not take up too much space in my bag but it did not stay cool. After a morning at the beach my insulin was anything but cool, so I was very disappointed.
If it was user error I’ll hold my hands up but without instructions I had to guess.
